untaken vacation days
Hi,
I am employed at 100% at a University. I wanted to ask what happens to my untaken vacation days that I accrued over the years, after my contract is terminated. How much pay should I get for the accrued days compared to my normal salary? I have a fixed salary and accrued 27 vacation days which I will not take before my contract expires.

In the government sector the collective agreement states that each accrued vacation day that has not been taken out before termination is valued at 4,6 percent (plus a supplement of 0,49 percent) of the fixed monthly salary. If you also have variable salary parts a small supplement will also be paid out in relation to that.
