There is no obligations to get a written employment contract according to the law. An employment contract can be both in oral and in written form. Our recommendation is to get a written contract to avoid any ambiguities.
However according to the Employment Security Act (Section 6c) you are entitled to receive a written employment certificate within 1 month of starting at your job.
The certificate must contain information on certain basic employment conditions e.g.
